Shipping & Return Policies:
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us here at 3R Green Building Solutions, LLC. If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you have purchased from us, within 30 days, please send them back for a full refund. *Some restrictions apply
Shipping:
Most items ordered will be shipped within 24 hours. Any orders placed
after 5pm on Fridays through Sundays will be shipped out on the
following Monday. Custom orders depend on availability. For more
information on custom order shipping please contact us.
Shipping charges are based on size, weight, and the destination of the products. If you have further questions on shipping charges please contact us.
We try to ensure that all of our products are shipped using eco-friendly materials but sometimes due to inventory restrictions, we don’t have control over what packaging the products are shipped in. If you receive your products with these types of packaging materials we sincerely apologize. We are working directly with our manufactures to see what we can do to get them to use better packaging materials. However, in some instances we have not been able to find a solution yet. If or when you receive these types of packaging materials, we need your help to ensure that the packaging is recycled and reused. Returns & Exchanges:
Any items that are returned within 30 days due to incorrect, damaged, or defective
products will be issued a full refund using the
payment method used to purchase the item(s).
Any items returned within 30 days due to other reasons, in original packaging and
condition, will be issued a refund, excluding shipping, of the purchase price using the
payment method used to purchase the item(s).
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please contact us
immediately. If the products have not been shipped we will cancel the
order and provide a full refund. If the order has already been shipped
you will need to return it using the other means of returns (see
above).
*Please use the following as a guideline when making returns & exchanges:
- Mail returns to: 3R Green Building Solutions, 1767 Denver West Blvd Suite A Golden, CO 80401
- Provide a copy of the shipping invoice with the return, as well as the reason for the return written on the shipping invoice.
- All refunds will be processed using the method of original purchase.
- When exchanging an item please specify which items you would like to exchange the returned items for. Be specific about different options, colors, ect.
Backordered/Out of Stock Items:
In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, please
contact us for more information. In certain circumstances, if the
item(s) are going to be re-ordered by us we will issue a raincheck to
insure you will receive the price advertised.
**Restrictions/Exceptions: No refunds will be issues for items that are custom orders, sale items, closeout items, or any product that has been opened or that is not in original condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Some items can be returned if they meet these conditions but a 35% restocking fee will be assessed on the total order. For questions on whether a product qualifies as custom order, please contact us directly. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges incurred.
